Accessibility Statement

DEEONE (OOO «Цифровые решения») is committed to making PLMflow accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882).

Conformance status

PLMflow aims to conform to EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. The application is partially conformant: most of the product meets level AA, and remaining items are tracked and remediated on an ongoing basis.

Measures taken

Semantic landmarks (navigation, main, complementary) on every screen, including standalone pages (sign-in, public Digital Product Passport).
Automated accessibility testing with axe-core on key screens; serious/critical issues are treated as release blockers.
Colour-contrast review against the 4.5:1 (AA) threshold for body text in both light and dark themes.
Full keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, and form-field labelling.
Multilingual UI (EN, DE, FR, IT, ES, RU) with a per-locale lang attribute.

Compatibility

PLMflow is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and common assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard-only navigation). The interface is responsive down to mobile viewports.

Known limitations

Some third-party embedded content and complex data grids may not yet be fully optimised for assistive technologies. We are actively working to resolve these.
