What is a “workspace”?
It is your brand’s isolated environment: all styles, tech packs, orders, files and users. The plan price covers the whole workspace, not each individual person.
Are factories and suppliers billed?
No. Users with the “supplier” role are not billed — you can create up to 10 users per supplier. They work in the supplier portal and see only their own orders.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days. Set up a workspace and try the system on your own assortment. We can also run an onboarding call if you like.
What if I have more users or brands?
Move up a plan or buy seats in packs. For larger teams we will put together a custom offer.
Where is data stored?
Data residency in your region. Encryption in transit, 2FA, an activity log and regular backups.
How do I pay?
Invoice-based payment for companies (invoice, statement) as well as card. Get in touch for local payment options.
