Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how DEEONE (OOO «Цифровые решения») (the “Controller”, “we”, “us”) collects and processes personal data of visitors to the website plmflow.com and its subdomains (the “Site”).
1.2. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the “GDPR”) and applicable data-protection law.
1.3. This Policy covers the Site (marketing pages and contact forms). Processing of data inside the PLMflow cloud application (the product workspace) is governed by the customer agreement and a separate service/data-processing agreement.
1.4. The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
2. What data we collect
2.1. Data you provide through forms on the Site (demo request, materials request, general enquiry): your name; email address; phone number; company name and role; the content of your message.
2.2. Data collected automatically when you use the Site: IP address; device and browser information (user-agent, screen resolution, language); pages visited and referring source; cookie identifiers.
2.3. Web analytics. We use a web-analytics service (Google Analytics) to understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used. Where required, analytics cookies and identifiers are set only after you consent via the cookie banner. Analytics data is described generically here; the specific tools and their settings are listed in our processor register, available on request.
2.4. We do not collect special categories of personal data or biometric data through the Site.
3. Purposes & legal bases
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6) |

| Site analytics and improving the Site | § 2.2–2.3 | Consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a)) |
| Keeping the Site secure and operational | IP, technical logs | Our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
4. Cookies & analytics
4.1. The Site uses two categories of cookies: essential cookies (needed to operate the Site and to remember your choices in the consent banner) and analytics cookies (used by our web-analytics provider for visit statistics).
4.2. Essential cookies are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the Site. Analytics cookies and similar technologies are set only after you give consent in the cookie banner.
4.3. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the Site, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari). Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the Site.
4.4. You may also opt out of analytics by declining analytics cookies in the banner, by using your browser’s privacy controls, or by using any opt-out mechanism offered by the analytics provider.
5. Sharing with processors
5.1. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5.2. We engage processors who handle data on our behalf, strictly to the extent needed for the purposes in Section 3, under a data-processing agreement: our hosting provider; our web-analytics provider; our email/newsletter provider (where enabled); and our payment provider (where you make a payment). A current list of processors is available on request.
5.3. We may disclose data to public authorities where we are legally required to do so.
6. International data transfers
6.1. Where feasible we host and process Site data within the EU/EEA or another region you have selected (data residency).
6.2. If a processor we use transfers personal data outside the EU/EEA, we put in place an appropriate safeguard under GDPR Chapter V — typically the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) together with any supplementary measures needed to protect the data. You may request information about the relevant safeguard.
7. Retention
7.1. We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above:
- Enquiry and demo-request data — until the purpose is fulfilled, and in any case no longer than 3 years after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Newsletter data — until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.
- Analytics data — for the retention period configured with the analytics provider.
- Security and technical logs — for the limited period needed to keep the Site secure.
8. Your rights
8.1. Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; request rectification of inaccurate data; request erasure (“right to be forgotten”); request restriction of processing; receive your data in a portable format (data portability); object to processing based on our legitimate interests or to direct marketing; and withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal).
8.2. To exercise any right, email hello@plmflow.com. We will respond within the time limits set by the GDPR (generally one month). On withdrawal of consent we will stop the relevant processing unless we have another lawful basis to continue.
8.3. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.
9. Changes & contact
9.1. We may update this Policy; the current version is published on this page with its date. We will announce material changes on the Site.
9.2. The consent text you accept when submitting a form is available on the consent page.
9.3. Questions about this Policy: hello@plmflow.com.
